John Reale, a member of St. Peter the Fisherman Church in Mountain Home, joins other parishioners along busy Highway 62 East in Mountain Home to silently pray and protest abortion during the annual Life Chain on Oct. 4.

More than 17 cities in Arkansas joined cities across the United States and Canada for Life Chains on Respect Life Sunday. Life Chains are devoted to silent prayer and peaceful protest to end abortion.
