Rogers parish festival celebrates feast day of St. Vincent de Paul

Brianda Quinones, an Edge core team member at St. Vincent de Paul Church in Rogers, paints the face of Meghan Estes, a second-grader at the school, for the annual parish festival celebrating the feast day of St. Vincent de Paul Sunday, Sept. 24.

The festival also included a car show, games and international food.
