Father Tony Robbins, pastor at St. Joseph Church in Conway, blesses dogs and their owners at Hounds’ Hideaway, a local dog daycare and boarding facility, Oct. 2 near the feast St. Francis of Assisi.
About 40 dogs received a blessing and St. Francis medals. Aprille Hanson, associate editor of Arkansas Catholic whose husband works at the facility, helped organize the blessing.
