Andrew H. Williams, a member of Immaculate Conception Church in North Little Rock, won a Tuition Assistance Program award from the Catholic Order of Foresters. He is a member of COF local court Hampshire 729 in Hampshire, Ill. Williams attends Catholic High School in Little Rock. Annually, COF gives away 125 $250 tuition assistance awards to members attending a Catholic kindergarten, elementary or high school. Student members may apply once every year they are enrolled in a Catholic school, no matter if they won or lost the previous year.
