The parishioners of St. Francis of Assisi Parish in Little Italy will host the 88th annual Spaghetti Dinner and bazaar on the parish grounds, Sunday, Oct. 4 from 11 a.m. 3:30 p.m. This event is in conjunction with the centennial celebration of the Little Italy community founded in 1915.
Mass will be at 10 a.m. followed by the event. In addition to the all-you-can-eat spaghetti and sausage dinner, guests are invited to enjoy the numerous games and family activities available. A silent auction, bingo, kids booths and other games for all ages are a perfect way to spend the afternoon. A bake sale with homemade pasta, breads and treats provides visitors with a taste of our local culture. Local items including T-shirts, centennial commemorative items and books about the area's history are available as well.
