High school honors and awards: Best overall grade for the year for statistics, the Joseph Conrad Award for best prose, co-top senior in theology, excellence in academic achievement in economics

Mary Lensing, St. Joseph school board president and the first St. Joseph High School principal, was the graduation speaker May 10 at St. Joseph Church.

The valedictorian was Zoheb Yunus. The salutatorian was Randy Keith Whiteside Jr., son of Randy and Alicia Whiteside. He will attend the University of Central Arkansas to study business.
