Dear Friends in Christ:

Just like at the Vatican, transparency and accountability are two important qualities for financial responsibility in the Diocese of Little Rock. The Finance Office presents this financial audit as one key way to demonstrate that the diocese’s finances are properly managed and reported.

The diocesan finance office works professionally and uses up-to-date accounting practices. We hire highly regarded auditors to review our finances annually and give an opinion on what they find.

Each February we publish the audit from the previous fiscal year in Arkansas Catholic in order to be transparent and accountable to you, the Catholics of Arkansas. Please be assured that all donations and bequests you make to the diocese, in addition to the fees, grants and investment earnings we receive, are spent prudently and with great care.

We pledge to continue faithful stewardship of the resources entrusted to us. Please pray for the Diocese of Little Rock and its churches, schools and ministries in this Year of Mercy.
