Catholic High students in Little Rock got a roughly 20-minute break after lunch to view the partial solar eclipse, including ninth-grader Jake Churan (left) and seniors John Rogers, Reed Seay, Max Kane and Brett Haley.

Some Catholic elementary schools initially planned to host viewing activities outside but opted for safety reasons to keep the children inside watching a live feed.
