The Office of Catholic Schools provided these statistics for the 2019-20 school year in the Diocese of Little Rock.



• Schools: 26

• Total enrollment: 6,498

• Elementary enrollment: 4,116

• Secondary enrollment: 1,649

• Percentage of Catholic students: 75.8

• Total enrollment in preschools: 733


Race and Ethnicity

• Percent of white students: 89.4

• Percent of multi-racial students: 5

• Percent of Asian students: 3.1

• Percent of black students: 1.9

(The remaining students are Native American, Pacific islanders or unknown.)

• Percent of Hispanic students: 17



• Average tuition for elementary: $3,873.52 (for first Catholic child) or $5,352.24 (for non-Catholic child)

• Average tuition for secondary: $6,182 (Catholic student) or $7,595 (non-Catholic student), not including Subiaco Academy, a boarding school.



• Total professional staff: 597

• Percentage of lay staff: 97.2

• Percentage of Catholic staff: 74.2


Spring Testing

All students in first to eighth grade take the Terra Nova National Achievement Test annually. Any score above the 50th percentile is above average.

First grade: 60

Second grade: 69

Third grade: 70

Fourth grade: 71

Fifth grade: 72

Sixth grade: 76

Seventh grade: 77

Eighth grade: 79
