#13: 10 years after the murder of Patty Guardado

Published: October 12, 2021

Patty Guardado, 20, a parishioner at St. Edward Church in Little Rock and college student at the University of Arkansas Little Rock, parked across from campus at a Burger King on Oct. 12, 2011. Her body was found four days later, Oct. 16, 2011, by two fishermen in a strip mining pit filled with water near the Sweet Home cemetery in Pulaski County. Ten years later, her murder is unsolved. Her family, parishioners at St. Edward and Our Lady of Good Counsel Church, both in Little Rock, are hoping her killer will one day be caught.

In this Arkansas Catholic Asks podcast, the family shares about Patty, her disappearance and murder and what life has been like these past 10 years without her.
