Stories of faith for public radio

Published March 12, 2021

UA Little Rock Public Radio, home of KUAR and KRLE, is looking for local residents to share their stories of faith. It will host StoryCorps for four weeks to record the stories of Arkansans and preserve them in the Library of Congress. StoryCorps, the national nonprofit organization dedicated to recording, preserving and sharing the stories of people from all backgrounds and beliefs, will record remote interviews in Arkansas from March 24 to April 24 as part of its Mobile Tour.

For the safety of participants, StoryCorps is currently visiting each location on the tour remotely, recording conversations in its “virtual recording booth.” Participants can record from their homes using an internet-connected device. Individuals can make reservations for recordings by calling StoryCorps’ 24-hour reservation line at (800) 850-4406 or visiting storycorps.org/kuar.
