St. Joseph School in Conway held a basketball camp May 31-June 3 at the Family Activities Center. Coaches Brent Bruich, Luke Davis and Kay Lynn Hill taught fundamental skills like dribbling, shooting, pivoting and defensive maneuvers. The camps were split during the week, with 50 incoming third-sixth grade students and more than 30 fourth-seventh grade students. Another camp was held June 7 for the junior and senior high basketball teams.
