Depaul USA announced that Carol Miles will join Jericho Way as the new city director effective Dec. 15. Jericho Way is central Arkansas’ only day resource center and has a portfolio of affordable housing in Little Rock.

Miles, who served eight years in the U.S. Navy, was a chaplain at two VA hospitals where she provided spiritual and emotional support to veterans, staff and their families. She has also worked with statewide Community Action Boards to deliver services to veterans in rural counties.

“I am delighted Carol is joining the Depaul USA team. Her skills and wealth of experience will enable Depaul USA to continue to provide much-needed day center services and housing in Little Rock.” DePaul USA president and executive director Charles W. Levesque said.

Miles received a bachelor's degree in liberal arts/religious studies from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock and a master's degree in social work from Columbia University School of Social Work with a specialization in advanced clinical social work practice/mental health care. She also holds a master’s of divinity from Yale University.
