Sirius XM host speaking April 29 at Cathedral

Gus Lloyd, author, evangelist and host of the “Seize the Day” morning show on Sirius XM’s The Catholic Channel, will be the featured speaker April 29 at a fundraiser to bring Catholic radio to central Arkansas.
“An Evening with Gus Lloyd,” will begin at 6 p.m. at McDonald Hall at the Cathedral of St. Andrew in Little Rock. The event will include a silent auction and a raffle.
“Gus Lloyd has a powerful story to tell in his journey of faith — a story of estrangement and a long homecoming,” said Phillip Renfro, head of Ark of Heaven Media Group. “His passion for the Catholic faith has inspired many through his radio program, his books and his 60-second daily online reflections.”
Tickets are $65 a person or $600 for a table of 10.
“We would like to encourage people to sponsor a priest, seminarian,” Renfro said.
