Brother Joshua Minden, a St. Joseph Parish, Fayetteville member and son of B.J. and Donna of Barling, has taken first vows as a Capuchin friar.

Four Capuchin friars professed first vows at St. Lawrence Seminary, the founding site of the Capuchin Province of St. Joseph, Mount Calvary, Wis.,  Saturday, July 19. The four will be joining 15 other friars at the Capuchin Chicago formation house for continued ministry formation and formal undergraduate academic studies. This is in preparation for graduate studies at Catholic Theological Union. Typically, a friar will make final vows three to five years after first vows.
