Scholars descend on Little Rock for annual institute

O’Connor, professor emerita of Old Testament at Columbia Theological Seminary in Decatur, Ga., delivered a series of lectures on Genesis, this year’s theme.

The annual event, put on by Little Rock Scripture Study, attracted more than 80 attendees hailing from parishes in Arkansas, Texas, Oklahoma, Illinois and Tennessee.
