New sister

This year the Daughters of Charity in Gould welcomed Sister Cecillia Tsao, DC, to their local mission. Sister Cecillia, a physician in internal medicine and endocrinology, is ministering at St. Elizabeth Health Center in Gould (Lincoln County) and DePaul Health Center in Dumas (Desha County). While the Arkansas Delta is a big change from Baltimore where she was previously on mission, Sister Cecillia said she finds the local community very welcoming and the people friendly.
