Jon Miskin, who graduated from Catholic High School in Little Rock in May, reads a letter of intent to enter the seminary for the Diocese of Little Rock during Mass at Christ the King Church in Little Rock July 16.
Miskin and Stephen Hart, another Christ the King parishioner, both made their intentions public before Bishop Anthony B. Taylor. For the past two years, the diocese has hosted similar ceremonies at Catholic High School to affirm young men who are choosing to enter the seminary.
Miskin will attend Holy Trinity Seminary in Texas this fall. Hart, whose brother Andrew will be ordained a priest in 2012, will attend St. Meinrad Seminary in Indiana.
