Bishop Anthony B. Taylor introduces his four priorities in the Diocese of Little Rock with a special theme, "Open Your Hearts in Welcome," Sept. 10-11. This special issue of Arkansas Catholic has been mailed to 48,000 Catholic households in Arkansas in order to promote the bishop's message.

Arkansas Catholic is mailed each week to about 6,500 homes across the state, but the importance of Bishop Taylor's initiatives could not be overlooked, editor Malea Hargett said. In order to make these priorities more widely known, it was decided to mail this issue to an additional 41,500 households. Bishop Taylor's column and several articles are also published in Spanish.

Printing and mailing of the 48,000 copies is possible because of the support of 25 advertisers, including churches, schools, ministries and businesses.
