Churches throughout state will pray for the unborn, end to abortion

National Life Chain Sunday will be held Oct. 4 in 17 cities across the state.
The first Sunday in October is also Respect Life Sunday in Catholic churches across the diocese. The life chains are devoted to prayer and are peaceful.
In 2014, more than 1,500 towns in the United States and Canada held life chains. All events are held from 2-3:30 p.m. unless otherwise noted.
