St. Joseph High School’s Interact Service Club, which is affiliated with Rotary International, presented the Conway Noon Rotary Club with a $500 check May 23 to President-elect Aimee Prince. The money will go toward Rotary International’s worldwide effort to eradicate polio in countries where the disease still cripples many. Interact Club board member Caleb Mallett, a sophomore at the school, presented the check. The funds were accumulated through multiple fundraisers conducted earlier in the year.
