Roberts named a CHI director

CHI St. Vincent in Little Rock has appointed Megan Roberts as first director of orthopedics for CHI St. Vincent Infirmary. In this newly created administrative role, Roberts will align resources and solutions to support CHI St. Vincent’s orthopedic patients, nurses and physicians to ensure quality care. During her time at CHI St. Vincent, Roberts led the Leadership Development Institute Planning committee, co-authored the 2016 Community Health Needs Assessment and organized project teams to support initiatives under the Orthopedic Co-Management Agreement. She has served as a planning analyst with CHI St. Vincent’s Strategy and Business Development team since 2016.

CHI St. Vincent also has appointed Barbara Halford as director of strategic planning with responsibilities for oversight of day-to-day strategic planning functions. Halford joined CHI St. Vincent in 2016 as a planning analyst in Strategy and Business Development. She previously worked in physical therapy at Arkansas Children’s Hospital and the Little Rock School District.
