The Leadership Institute is hosting two free Decline to Sign Campaign training events May 8-9 in Little Rock designed to defeat the proposed Arkansas Abortion Amendment. A training and dinner will be held from 5:30 to 8 p.m. Thursday, May 9 at Our Lady of the Holy Souls Church in Little Rock. Another training and lunch will be held from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Wednesday, May 8 at Geyer Springs First Baptist Church, also in Little Rock.
Decline to Sign trainees will learn how to participate in the campaign, persuade friends and family to participate, communicate with abortion rights advocates and impact ballot access. The speakers will be Jerry Sharp III, deputy director of pro-life programs at the Leadership Institute, and Rose Mimms, executive director of Arkansas Right to Life.
To register for either event, visit leadershipinstitute.org/ProLife and search for “Little Rock.” For more information on Arkansas Right to Life’s Decline to Sign Campaign, visit: artl.org/decline-to-sign-campaign.
